This is a moving meditation. I will be guiding you through some simple hand gestures. Please only do what feels safe for your body. These positions shouldn't be difficult but if they feel that way for you don't do them.
I am also going to be referring to the dantien point. Your dantien is located in your lower abdomen, midway between your belly button and your sacral chakra.
