Reiki Intensive Training Course
Build a Strong Foundation with Reiki
WELCOME TO OUR TRAUMA-INFORMED REIKI TRAINING COURSE
Our nine-month, hands-on, training program is designed to help students build a strong personal practice and connection to the flow of Reiki energy. Classes are provided in an intimate, group setting with additional mentorship from instructors. This allows us to teach students how to understand what Reiki feels like and to develop their unique gifts and abilities. Our format of Reiki meditations, guided exercises, and hands-on practice is supplemented with lessons on energetic safety, energetic anatomy, and trauma-informed spiritual care.
Certification
Students receive certification as a Reiki Master Practitioner upon completion of the course.
What Sets This Training Apart
This training is taught in the spirit of traditional Japanese Reiki practice. Master Usui mentored his students and taught them to master certain practices before moving on to the next level of training. We believe that mentorship is an essential component to learning Reiki practice. It is a key element of this course. We also believe that Reiki is more than attunements and symbols. Reiki is a personal practice of self-development that should be incorporated into our lives on a consistent basis. We aim to give our students tools and teach them techniques to create their own individual processes. Safety is the main component of our training. We work to create a safe environment for our students to learn in, and we provide them with the information they need to create those same spaces for others.

Meet Your Instructor
Izzy Swanson is a healer, teacher, and mentor specializing in the intersection of addiction, trauma recovery, and spiritual practice. Their blended approach to healing work integrates evidence-based research methodologies with intuitive guidance. Izzy has been practicing and teaching Reiki for 10+ years and is certified in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method, Medical Reiki, Traditional Usui Reiki and Usui Holy Fire Reiki.
