In this 90-minute workshop, Izzy Swanson will elaborate on the topics covered in the webinar, Trauma-Informed Reiki: Practice and Research. They will review the prevalence of trauma and expand on the need for scientific research and standards of practice in this area. They will describe the signs and symptoms of a trauma response, discuss the principles of trauma-informed care, and provide guidelines for how to implement trauma-informed techniques in our Reiki practice. The 60-minute presentation will be followed by a 30-minute Q&A with the audience.
